INFORMATION FOR NEW CUSTOMERS

Ordering for the first time? This is what you will need to do:

1. Find the product you want

In order to find the product you want you will have the following options:

• Keyword search box: You can easily search for the product; just like in any common search engine. All you have to do is to enter the name of the product, brand or manufacturer in the keyword search box on the upper left corner of the website and the result will immediately appear.
• Category search: Example: If you click on “Daily Disposables“, all daily disposable lenses provided will be listed.

2. Choose your product

Choose the contact lenses you want e.g. Focus Dailies and enter the required data such as power, diameter, basic curve and quantity correctly. Click the “Add to cart!“ button and your personal Shopping Cart will open up. If you would like to add some more products to your cart, click on the “Continue Shopping“ button.

If you are ready to check out, click on the “Checkout“ button. Please click now on the “New Customer?“ button. Registering has big advantages as you will only have to enter your address once and you will always have a summary of all of your submitted orders.

3. Delivery

Please check your delivery address and change it if you want your order to be delivered to a different one. Click now on the “Continue“ button.

4. Payment

Please check your invoice address and change it if necessary. You can pay by credit card. Please click now on the “Continue“ button.

5. Confirmation

You will now see the summary of the ordering process. Please check if the order details are correct and adjust if necessary. To place the order, please click on the “Order Confirmation“ button. You will now see the following message: “Thank you for shopping with us“ and you are done.

After the submission of your order:

After you have placed your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation email. Please check if  your order is correct.

Change your submitted order

If you realize that you entered wrong data, please contact us immediately. You can send us an email to info.uk@bestpricelens.com.  Please always state your order number from the confirmation email.

Your order is processed on the very day you placed it. In case we are not able to change your order on time, we ask you to contact our customer service team. It will be happy to assist you when it comes to returns of products.

Email about the dispatch of the order

You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready to be dispatched and is given to the parcel service.

How and why is it good to register?

During the ordering process and in advance you can create your personal online account by clicking the “Log in“ button. Registering has big advantages as you will only have to enter your address once and  you will always have a summary of all of your submitted orders.  For security reasons your credit card details will not be saved.
